We book on a month-to-month basis — order forms for new months will open on the first of the previous month. Larger orders (ex. 4+ dozen cupcakes or tiered cakes) may be booked in advance. We are open for pick-ups Wednesday through Saturday.

For our cupcakes, it is recommended to order at least 1-2 weeks in advance. A minimum of one week’s notice is required for custom cupcakes. We will try to accommodate any order placed closer to your event date, but there is no guarantee. Orders placed within less than a week of pick-up or paid for within less than a week of pick-up will be assessed a $25.00 rush fee.

We offer standard sized cupcakes as well as mini cupcakes. Standard size cupcakes are available by the full dozen, and in cupcake bouquets. Mini cupcakes are available in boxed sets of 24. All cupcakes are decorated with vanilla buttercream.

We offer 3 cupcake ranges to choose from: Classic, Indulgence, or Luxury

Choose Classic if you are interested in something simple, Indulgence if you are looking to treat yourself, or Luxury if you are interested in a more intricate creation.

If you require smaller boxes to separate a larger order, there will be an additional fee. Smaller boxes are only available for standard size cupcakes.

After submitting your inquiry, we will contact you within 24 - 48 hours via email to confirm your order, provide a quote, and to send an invoice.

Please note that submitting an inquiry form and communication does not guarantee a reservation. Full payments must be made within 48 hours of receiving your quote to confirm your order date. Orders are not confirmed or scheduled for production until payment has been received in full.

If we have not received payment from you within 48 hours, we will assume you no longer require the order and requested date. This means that your requested date will be made available again and will be booked by the first to pay for confirmation.

Once your order is confirmed and paid for, there will be no changes to the design or flavor.

Pick-up is in Livermore, 94550. Exact address will be provided after your order is confirmed and paid in full.

You will receive a pick-up reminder the day before your pick-up with your pick-up time and address.

If you are unable to pick-up your order in the agreed upon time slot, please contact info@squaresbakes.com ASAP to arrange a different pick-up time.

The sooner you reach out to us, the easier it will be for us to arrange a time to get your treats to you. We understand plans may change and strive to resolve these issues to the best of our ability.

Please only show up during your agreed upon pick-up window. Otherwise, your treats will not be ready.

Once the cupcakes are picked up, we are no longer responsible. Please ensure you follow the transportation and storage guidelines that are sent to you before pickup.

We do not bake in an allergen-free environment. All of our products are baked in an environment where wheat, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, eggs and soy may be present. We implement strict cleaning strategies to prevent cross contamination, but cannot guarantee any product is allergen free as we use the same equipment to create all our products.

We do not recommend consuming any of our desserts if you are allergic to wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, milk, soy, or eggs.
